Our Bakery Promise & Policies
Hi there, and welcome to Beth's Little Bakery! We’re so glad you’re here. We do our very best to make every order special, so here are a few things to know when placing an order with us:
Orders & Payments

Every treat is made fresh, so we ask that orders are placed ahead of time. We require a weeks notice for most orders, though specialty cakes may need a greater lead time.

For custom cakes and larger orders, we do require a full payment up front.
Cancellations & Refunds

We understand life happens! If you need to cancel, please give us at least [X days’] notice so we can adjust.

Once your order has left our hands (either pick up or delivery) we can’t take responsibility for mishaps during transport or storage—but we’ll always do our best to set you up for success with handling instructions.
Allergies & Special Requests

We want everyone to enjoy our baked goods! Please let us know about any allergies when placing your order. While we’re careful, our kitchen does handle nuts, wheat, dairy, and other common allergens.

Each item is handmade with love, so no two cakes or cupcakes will ever be exactly the same. That’s part of the charm!
Pickup & Delivery

Pickups happen at the time we agree on. If you’re running late, just give us a call—we’ll do our best to help.

Delivery is available within outside pima county for an additional fee. We’ll aim to be right on time, but please understand that traffic or weather can sometimes slow us down.
A Quick Note
Once you’ve taken your order home (or we’ve delivered it), care is in your hands. Keep cakes cool, store cookies airtight, and enjoy everything fresh for the best taste.
