Return & Refund Policy
At Beth’s Little Bakery, every order is baked with love and care. Because our products are perishable and made fresh to order, we want to be transparent about how returns and refunds work.
Perishable Items

All baked goods are non-returnable once they leave our shop, for food safety reasons.

If there is an issue with quality, freshness, or accuracy of your order, please reach out to us right away so we can make it right.
Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

Send us your order details (and a photo, if possible), so we can assess the situation quickly.
Refunds & Replacements

If a mistake is on our end, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to appear.

If you change your mind after pickup or delivery, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund.
Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

After 24 hours, ingredients and prep may already be underway, so we may not be able to refund the order in full.
